The Castel Firmian Pinot Grigio tends to have an attractive mid-weight straw yellow colour on release. The aromas are quite distinct, with clear notes of white fleshed fruit blended with those of chamomile and herbs. The flavours follow the nose, with reasonably full body and good fruit weight followed by a dry and balanced, long aftertaste, all framed by a measured, delicate acidity.
