The Prosecco Spritz is a fresh twist on the traditional Prosecco style ideal for pouring over ice as an aperitif. The colour is a vibrant blood orange. On the nose the classic pear of Prosecco is constant with the citrus and bitters flavours creating intrigue. The palate is light and fresh so best to drink young while at its delicate best.
