Olsen Reserve Victoria Preservative Free 2021 Shiraz 750mL

With a rating of 85 from the James Halliday, this is serious shiraz by any standard put out by Olsen Winery in the Yarra Valley. Free of preservatives, and dark purple colour, aromas of ripe berry fruits, plum, and blackberry fill the glass, whilst the medium-full bodied palate is full of concentrated fruit, with lots of creamy chocolate oak, and soft tannins. A grilled steak or hearty beef stew would suffice.
