Olsen Yarra Valley Preservative Free Pinot Noir 2015 750mL

This medium bodied Pinot Noir is a bright ruby red in colour. A nose of cherry fruit with some earthiness. The palate shows good acid framing red cherry fruit and hints of spice, and fine silky tannins. Open top fermentation with hand plunging followed by maturation in French Barriques, Hogsheads and Puncheons have produced this complex and full flavoured wine which has absolutely no added preservatives or allergens. A hand made Pinot Noir from the Olsen Estate Vineyard.
