This is a big style of Chardonnay, with richness and a buttery complexity. This wine is full bodied with restraint and shows excellent barrel ferment and yeast lees complexity. Plenty of good quality new French oak has been used. A hand made Chardonnay from the Olsen Estate Vineyard. No added preservative and allergens.
