Single vineyard, vine-dried Shiraz, grown on our estate are rich and powerful. Full bodied and full flavour, the persistent palate is velvety smooth and long lasting.

Vine Dried Shiraz has a deep, dense impenetrable ruby colour, concentrated and youthful.

A light smoky bouquet from use of French oak from maturation, coupled with ripe blackberries and blackcurrants, and spiciness from cloves, pepper and liquorice.

A smooth, rich and full-bodied wine seamlessly rounded on the palate with juicy, vibrant black fruits, vanilla and hints of exotic spices. An intense wine with concentrated fruit that will pair perfectly with a Moroccan Lamb tagine.
